Palmetto Hall is a premier gated golf community which spans 750 acres falling just east of Hilton Head Plantation. One of the newest and youngest communities on Hilton Head Island, Palmetto Hall is unique in the sense it does not allow for vacation rentals and there are no condo buildings within the community.
