Hampton Lake, Bluffton Real Estate Market
Set around freshwater fishing lakes, the 906-acre community has single-family homes, condos, townhomes, and villas that are all available. Homes for sale in Hampton Lake include homes with a European influence, Modern architecture, and traditional Lowcountry cottages.
Homes for sale in Hampton Lake have between two and four bedrooms and two and four bathrooms. They range in size from 2,400 square feet to over 3,500 square feet of living space. Homesites are available all throughout the community. Approximately 400 homes have been built to date of the 900 planned.
There is the option for a wooden view homesite or a waterfront homesite. The price of the homes for sale starts at the mid to upper $300K to over $900K with an average price being approximately $600K.

The residents of Hampton Lake will never run out of things to do as the community holds themed events, learning lectures, live entertainment, and all kinds of social clubs. The community has a 1 acre Lake that has over 15 miles of shoreline.
There are a variety of watercrafts available for members to use including kayaks, canoes, Duffy boats, Carolina skiffs, and a Suntracker. Hampton Lake falls under the jurisdiction of the Beaufort County School District. The district is home to top-rated schools and excellent education that will prepare students well for higher education. The students fall between the grades of pre-kindergarten through grade 12.
