After 30 years in Manhattan, in 2015 Pam moved to Hilton Head and Bluffton where her parents have been living in Sea Pines since the 80’s. As a licensed agent since 2016 she focuses on the gated communities in the region and has a real passion for the lifestyle and amenities offered in our many communities. For sellers, she focuses on highlighting the home and community’s best features to find the buyer who will love the home as much as the seller does. And for buyers Pam digs deep into their lifestyle and must-haves, to find the best community for them.

In her own words, “Many of my buyer clients are entering a new phase in their life. They are relocating, usually from up North, and are semi-retired or fully retired. This transition opens up so many possibilities for how to spend their time. It is my pleasure to learn about how they want to live and find the community that best supports their plans. I often say it is the community first and then the home! For my clients who have sold their beautiful homes, the move is most often to relocate near the grandkids. My work is to understand their goals and create a marketing plan to exceed their expectations and finds the right buyer! On a personal note, being a real estate advisor has finally provided a role that utilizes both of my degrees, marketing and photography.

In her free time. Pam loves getting out on the water as an Auxiliarist with the USCG, but while on land she enjoys gardening, birdwatching, water aerobics, cooking, music and art, as well as traveling abroad.
