• A wide open floor plan sets this home apart from the others; making it perfect for family gatherings and vacations. The twenty-two foot ceiling and second floor balconies, overlooking the living room, makes this home feel like a palace.
• Our large, gourmet kitchen features all professional-grade appliances, granite counter tops and a large center Island with additional seating for five. The formal dining room comfortably seats 10 around the table and overlooks the pool and 16th green of the Robert Trent Jones golf course. And with our outdoor, covered eating area, you'll be able to enjoy outdoor dining, in any type of weather.
• Large, oversized bedrooms and bathrooms along with a private Media Room, offer maximum privacy and separation. Most bedrooms have their own private balconies, for added enjoyment. And all bedrooms have their own private bathrooms.
• The large pool and attached spa have plenty of sun as well as shade. From the pool deck you overlook the golf course and 16th green; yet a feeling of privacy exists due to our lush landscaping.
• And best of all, you are only a 2-3 minute stroll to the beach, via a paved beach walk.

Village House - Beautiful 2BR/2Ba Condo Near the Beach, Pool, Golf, & Tennis

• Located just a short and easy 5 minute walk to the beach, without having to cross any major roadway. It is less than a two minute walk to the pool or tennis complex, and a 10 minute walk to the golf pro shop, or 1 minute by car. Our condo building is adjacent to the Westin Beach Resort, so you have access to their beach bar, saving you a walk back from the beach whenever you are thirsty and need a break from all that sunbathing.
• Our condo features all new furnishings, including a king bed in the master bedroom and two queen beds in the second bedroom. There is also a sleep sofa in the living room. Three flat screen TVs and DVD players are also provided for when you are not out enjoying all that the island has to offer. The DVD players are Blu Ray and WiFi is free.
• Through our membership in the nearby Port Royal Racquet Club you are entitled to a free hour of court time each day. Port Royal also offers three great golf courses, within a short tee shot from our unit. But, when it comes to golf there is a plethora of courses to choose from on the island so you can play every day and never play the same course twice.

Carolina Beach Club - Oceanside 2BR/2Ba Renovated Condo

• Located on the 3rd floor of this 5 story oceanfront condo, just steps from the beautiful sandy beach by a private boardwalk, and expansive courtyard with picnic tables and grilling outdoors.
• Everything you need is accessible by walking or biking, you can park your car for the week.
• Beautiful beachfront villa pool, with kid’s pool, and plenty of chaise lounge chairs to enjoy.
• Enjoy free cable TV and Wi-Fi, full kitchen, with each of the two bedrooms on opposite sides of the villa, giving more privacy to each room. Walk out to the balcony from the living room and master queen bedroom. The second bedroom is furnished with two twin beds. Each bedroom has its own full suite bathroom. There is a full queen sofa bed in the living room, providing sleeping for up to 6 people.
