Homes for sale in Riverview Terrace mainly consist of single-family multi-level homes. The community was developed in the early to mid-1960s with additional houses being constructed in the early 2000s.

The boats the company owns and operates can hold up to 12 guests at a time, taking them around the beautiful waters near Hilton Head Island and Daufuskie Island.
