Berkeley Hall is a 980-acre community with its claim to fame having two Tom Fazio golf courses. The community comprises 554 homes and homesites that are arranged around the 36 holes’ perimeter.
Real estate in the Berkeley Hall community includes single-family residential homes and golf cottages. Homes for sales feature three to four bedrooms and three to five full baths. Views from the homes include wooded areas, golf courses, marshland, and deep water.

Berkeley Hall has amazing amenities that are available for the residents of the community. There is a 45,000 square-foot Jefferson-style Clubhouse that has six dining options from fine dining to casual fare. Included is the 14,500 square-foot Spa and Fitness Center featuring state-of-the-art standards in fitness equipment and services. The fitness center also includes an indoor pool and whirlpool, strength equipment, sauna and steam rooms, spa treatments, and a coffee and juice bar. Outdoors, homeowners will find tennis courts, an outdoor pool with private cabanas, a children’s playground, basketball courts, and a sand volleyball court.
With more than one mile of frontage on the pristine Okatie River and 10-miles of nature trails throughout the community, Berkeley Hall has plenty of land and water recreational opportunities. The River Park is an outdoor gathering place where one can cruise along the scenic Okatie River whether by kayak, canoe or aboard the community pontoon boat. The Berkeley Hall Greenway has parks, scenic areas, and six natural trails to choose from.

Berkeley Hall falls under the jurisdiction of Bluff Beaufort County School District. The district is home to top-rated schools and excellent education that will prepare students well for higher education. The students fall between the grades of pre-kindergarten through grade 12.
