While the plantation does not have beach access, it does have gorgeous views of Broad Creek and Wexford Harbor, as well as lagoon, wooded and golf views. Approximately 500 acres, Wexford offers a great clubhouse lifestyle, including access to club facilities, a 37.5 acre harbor, golf, tennis and much more. Owning property in Wexford automatically entitles you to club membership, and only 475 member families are allowed to join. Short term rentals are not allowed, and long term rentals may be rented out by the owners only. Public resort activities are not permitted within Wexford, as the club is maintained solely for the enjoyment of members and their guests.
